MOST AFFORDABLE "BY-OWNER" PROGRAM

A low one-time fee ($199) entitles you to use our service until your property is sold.  We provide the marketing tools and selling kit; then you show your home, negotiate with Buyers, and use our experts to prepare all the paperwork.

PREMIUM "BY-OWNER" PROGRAM

A low one-time fee ($299) entitles you to all of the services in the above program PLUS a market analysis of selling activity in your neighborhood PLUS a one-on-one seminar explaining the step-by-step process involved in selling your home AND personalized telephone consultation all the way through the selling process.

MLS FLAT FEE

For a Low Fee of $499  your home can be entered into the Colorado Springs Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  You set up your showings, handle all negotiations and paper work.  A fee must be offered to the agent representing the buyer with the customary payment of 3%.  Seller's Choice will put your home on Realtor.com, Homes.com, Seller's Broker, and other internet sites.  We will also advertise your home in Homes Magazine as well as answer general questions you may have along the way at no extra cost to you.  Call our office for all the details!

FLAT FEE BROKERAGE SERVICE

(Pikes Peak Region Only)
Sell your home By Owner, without the MLS and still get the added benefit of a professional realtor.  We advertise, schedule showings, show your home, handle the negotiations and contract preparation.  We also track the inspections, mortgage companies, appraisals, title work, and we attend closing with you.  All for only $2,495. ($299 required at listing and the balance is paid at closing)

Don't want to sell by owner, but still want to save $$$$$?
