The terms of your Real Estate Contract call for you, as the Seller, to provide the Purchaser with a Commitment for Title Insurance. The Title Commitment reflects all recorded information as it relates to your property and guarantees clear title to your Purchasers. We will mail copies of the Title Commitment directly to all involved parties.

Our closer (Karen Wimmer) will ensure all requirements of your contract are met. Our closing services include the following:

#1-----Contact your present lender to obtain mortgage payoff information.
#2-----Contact the County to obtain property tax information.
#3-----Prepare all closing documents and the Final Settlement Statements.
#4-----Review and explain all settlement figures prior to closing.
#5-----Disburse all funds.
#6-----Record all legal documents with the County.
